What We’ve Delivered

Real Projects. Real Impact.

#1

From webinars to e-learning

For this client, we were brought in to create an e-learning programme that would replace their existing webinar-style resources.

The subject was a suite of applications hosted on a platform, with training provided over a variety of webinars and resources that, although informative, didn’t really offer the structure required for their end users.

We worked with the client to learn the key concepts of the platform and understand its use before embarking on a complete overhaul of the training offer.

They now have a series of modules, built using Articulate 360 Resources such as Rise and Storyline, which can be tailored to the audience and the application requirements.

#2

Rolling out a new system without losing momentum

We were approached by a large retailer to help with the roll-out of a new system.

Knowing the challenges faced by such a large-scale implementation, we gave examples of how they could launch the system with minimal disruption.

Our design for this project outlined a role-specific learning plan that blended short, focused workshops with bite-sized e-learning, allowing users to embed knowledge in a way that didn’t bombard them with additional tasks.

#3

An introduction to buying & merchandising

We delivered an online session to a group of learners new to roles in Buying and Merchandising. Although many of them had chosen studies in this field, this course was designed to give them a bigger picture of the world of a retail head office.

Over the space of a morning we discussed the many different aspects of the role, the different teams that might be involved, and how everything works together.

After the event the learners shared their thoughts and said:
“Great for those first starting their retail career”
“Showed how everything is all linked together and the impact each department and role has on each other”
“Great for shared service functions too to have an understanding of the workings and flow of a retail business.”
